Date-stamped : 07 Dec94 - 18:27 Pakistan v Transvaal Invitational XI played at Johannesburg, 7 December 1994 PAKISTAN ROMP TO VICTORY Pakistan romped to a 51-run victory over a Transvaal Invitation XI in a one-day match in Johannesburg to remain unbeaten on their tour of South Africa. Pakistan won the toss, elected to bat and rattled up 262 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their 50 overs at the Lenasia Stadi- um before bowling out their opponents for 211. Ijaz Ahmed was the destroyer-in-chief of the Transvaal bowling, slamming 112 off 118 balls while receiving good support from Shakeel Ahmed (58) and Asif Mujtaba (32).
