Date-stamped : 10 Jun97 - 14:19 Tuesday 10 June 1997 Costcutter Cup: Gloucestershire complete treble By Andrew Collomosse at Harrogate Gloucestershire (308-5) bt Yorkshire (305-4) by 5 wkts YORKSHIRE will be glad to see the back of Gloucestershire af- ter suffering their third defeat in as many days. The chances of the championship leaders reaching their fourth successive Costcutter final looked remote after Yorkshire posted their first score of over 300 in the Harrogate one-day competition. Yet a splendid century by Nick Trainor underpinned a Glouces- tershire effort that took them past their target with three overs to spare. Trainor`s 113 off 126 balls included four sixes, five fours and one near miss, when he was caught by Chris Silverwood, but over the rope. He added 99 in 19 overs with Monte Lynch and by the time he was fifth out, his side were within 47 runs of their target.
