        Last Wicket: 82 / 3 - SB Styris 6 (24)

  • New Zealand won by 7 wickets
27.3 Umar Gul to Cairns, FOUR, short, pulls it in style infront of
            square to the legside
A good win for New Zealand chasing 117 but after a torrid time at
the hands of Shoaib Akhtar et al.
Shoaib tried hard but it was Umar Gul and Abdul Razzaq who got the
            3 wickets that fell
New Zealand batters kept their cool and kept scoring singles
whenever possible with a few chances dropped.
Pakistan had not batted well earlier with the ball seaming,
swinging and bouncing on a wicket that most felt was not suitable
            for ODI's.
We should have a few presentations next in this short match and
please remember on tuesday at 04:00GMT we shall have the final
game to be played at Dambulla between Sri Lanka and New Zealand
then they move down to Comombo for round 2
Presentations on and we have some awards
Most boundary award for 4 fours to Nevin
           Best batter was Vincent
Tuffey is the Man of the Match
Thats all folk and we look forward to Tuesdays game between Sri
            Lanka and New Zealand
